When will my order ship? How long does delivery take?

Delivery estimates:
US-sourced items: ~2–5 business days once shipped.
Overseas-sourced items: ~5–10 business days once shipped.

Some products ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate packages.

During holidays/carrier surges, shipping may take a bit longer.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking (powered by Shopify). You can also view tracking in your Order history in your account.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible, unworn clothing with original tags and the original clear garment bag with SKU label.

  • Return window: Start your return within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier “delivered” scan).
  • Ship-back timing: Once authorized, please ship the return within 7 days.
  • No exchanges: Please return for a refund and place a new order for the size/color you want.
  • Refund timing: Returns are processed in about 5–7 business days after we receive them.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Final-sale items and certain categories are not returnable (see product page notes).

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Exchanges aren’t supported. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size/color you prefer.

Do you accept international returns?

Orders shipped to non-US countries aren’t eligible for returns at this time. If there’s a quality/defect issue, email us and we’ll assist.

How does sizing run?

Most Cozy Corner pieces run true to size. If a style is intentionally oversized or fitted, we’ll note this on the product page.

  • Between sizes? Size up for a more relaxed look or down for a closer fit.
  • Need help? Email us your measurements and the style name—we’re happy to assist.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Gift cards & discount codes can be applied at checkout.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
  • Check the code spelling and expiration.
  • Most codes exclude final-sale items and can’t stack with other promos.
  • Some codes require a minimum spend or full-price items.

Still stuck? Email us the code and a cart screenshot—happy to check.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
  • Check with household members and neighbors.
  • Look around alternate drop spots and mailrooms.
  • Give carriers 24–48 hours; packages sometimes scan delivered early.

I received a damaged/incorrect item.

We’re so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.
