Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns of eligible, unworn clothing with original tags and clear packaging (including the SKU label) within 7 days of delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return authorization.
- No exchanges ā please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color youād like.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final sale items, accessories, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can make it right fast.
