Most Cozy Corner pieces run true to size unless otherwise noted. If a style is described as “oversized,” expect a relaxed, cozy fit. If it’s labeled “fitted” or “slim,” consider sizing up for extra comfort.

Our cozy pieces are made to last — with love and care. Most items are crafted from soft, easy-care blends like cotton, polyester, or rayon.

• Care: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with like colors.
• Dry: Tumble dry low or hang to dry to preserve shape and softness.
• Do not bleach.
• Cool iron if needed — avoid direct heat on graphics or embroidery.

Because we partner with multiple suppliers, fabric content may vary slightly by style. Please check each product’s description for specific materials and care labels.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Estimates (U.S. Customers):

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5–10 business days after shipment.
• Express Shipping: Available on select items when offered (delivery in about 3–5 business days).

Multiple Shipments:
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may ship separately if they come from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

International Orders:
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that returns for international orders are not supported unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns of eligible, unworn clothing with original tags and clear packaging (including the SKU label) within 7 days of delivery.

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return authorization.
• No exchanges — please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you’d like.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Final sale items, accessories, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can make it right fast.
